Valley Goldmine is excited to announce partnerships with two organizations in 2012. Make-A-Wish Foundation and Christian Services (adoption and foster care specialists). We are giving our customers the chance to be a part of making a huge difference in our community by allowing them to take a portion of their payout and donate it to one of these groups. Valley Goldmine will match each gift given by our customers. We can do more together than we can by ourselves. Starting March 1, 2012 we will keep a running total in our stores so our customers can see the ongoing progress of how we are helping kids and families in our own community.
Valley Goldmine will also continue to help with designated fundraisers for other causes and organizations as we always have. Last year we helped with adoptions, rebuilding homes in Joplin, send a little league team to the Little League World Series, buildings for missions groups in Haiti, medical expenses for individuals struggling to pay their bills while going through a life threatening illness and several more.
